Pricing questions.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. We send a free 10-second teaser first. If you like it, you pay 50% to start and the other 50% when we deliver.
What counts as a revision round?
One round is a single list of changes to the kit we delivered, such as copy, pacing, colors or scene order. Every plan includes 2 rounds; extra rounds are $39. New scope is a new request.
Can I cancel the Monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly renews each month and you can stop before the next month's brief. Videos and posts already delivered and paid for stay yours.
Are store screenshots included?
They are a $99 add-on to any plan: App Store and Google Play, phone and tablet, 5–8 screens in every required size.
