Who we are
Appsenik Studios ("we", "us") runs the Appsenik website and makes custom launch kits for apps. We are based in India.

What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, which form you used and when you joined. We store it with our email provider, Brevo.
- Contact form: your name, email, app link, what you need and your message. We receive it by email through Brevo.
- Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data such as pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device and browser details. Vercel Speed Insights collects anonymous real-user performance metrics. Neither uses cookies. If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it separately uses cookies after you give consent. We do not send your email or name to these services.
- Project materials: when you order a kit, the screens, recordings, Figma files, code, brand files and feedback you send us.
- Emails you send us, and our replies.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask clients to use fictional demo data in the materials they send.
Why we use it
- To manage the waitlist and send you updates and your early-access invite.
- To reply to your messages and send quotes or teasers you ask for.
- To plan, produce and deliver the projects you order.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
Legal bases
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we process your data with your consent, which you give when you join the waitlist, send the contact form or send us project materials, or for other legitimate uses the Act allows.
For visitors in the European Union, the GDPR bases we rely on are consent (waitlist emails and analytics cookies), the performance of a contract or steps before one (quotes and projects), and our legitimate interests (replying to messages, security and improving the site).
Service providers
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the site and our services, and only as needed:
- Vercel: website hosting, anonymous Web Analytics and anonymous Speed Insights performance metrics.
- Brevo: waitlist storage and email delivery.
- Google Analytics: website analytics, when enabled and accepted.
- AI providers we use to produce work, for example Anthropic: parts of your project materials may be processed to help us make your kit.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer data, we rely on the provider’s safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and on transfers permitted under the DPDP Act.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to reply and follow up, then up to 24 months for our records.
- Project materials: for the length of the project. We delete client materials after handover on request.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, the Google Analytics retention setting we use.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, and the GDPR if you are in the European Union, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. EU visitors can also object to or restrict processing, ask for a copy of their data in a portable format, and complain to their local data protection authority.

Cookies
The site works without cookies. When Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits, but only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice with "Cookie settings" in the footer, or block cookies in your browser. Our cookie policy (appsenik.com/cookies) lists every cookie we use.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, limit who can access personal data, and use providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so please email us right away if you think your data has been exposed.
Children
The site and our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service grows. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell waitlist members by email.
