The service
We make custom launch kits for apps: promo videos, social posts, store screenshots and related assets, as described on our pricing page or in a quote we send you. The service is in early access, so features, prices and turnaround times may change for future orders. Changes never affect an order already confirmed.
Your materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including screens, recordings, code, logos, fonts, music and text, and that we may use it to make your kit.
You must not ask us to make content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or that infringes anyone else’s rights. We may decline or stop any project that does.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables and may use them anywhere, including ads and store listings. Until then, we keep ownership.
We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and on social media unless we have signed an NDA with you or you ask us not to before delivery.
Licensed elements we include, such as stock music or fonts, remain subject to their own licenses, which we pass on to you.
AI-assisted production
We use AI tools to help produce your kit, for example to animate scenes or draft captions. A person plans, directs and reviews every kit before delivery. Parts of your materials may be processed by AI providers as described in our privacy policy.
Revisions
Every plan includes 2 revision rounds. One round is a single, consolidated list of changes to the delivered work. Extra rounds are charged as listed on the pricing page. New scope, such as new scenes, new formats or a new concept, is a new request with its own quote.
Timelines
Turnaround times start once we have your complete brief, your materials and the deposit. Delays in feedback or materials move the delivery date by the same amount.
Payment
You pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. Prices are in USD and we invoice in USD unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will refund the amounts paid for the undelivered work.
App Store and Google Play guidelines
We build store screenshots and previews to the current published sizes, but you are responsible for checking that your listing, claims and assets meet Apple and Google guidelines before you publish.
Concept demos
Real names, artists or brands that appear in our samples are concept demos made to show our work. They do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through its forms or scraping it in a way that harms the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you confirm an order applies to that order.
